Refund policy

We pride ourselves in using the highest quality materials. Our number one goal at Dash For Him is for you to be 100% satisfied. Read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE policy below. 

 

Need to make a return or exchange?

 

We are in the office answering emails from 9 am to 3 pm (EST) Monday to Friday and we’ll do our best to respond to your email in a timely fashion.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS 

If within 14 days of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange it for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from our receiving of the product. The product must be in resellable condition* and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please include the reason for your return in the return form. 

 

We’re not perfect and sometimes items come up missing and goods arrived damaged. 

 

 If you are missing an item, received damaged, or defective product submit a photo of the damaged goods by contacting us IMMEDIATELY at customerservice@dashforhim.com

We will replace the damaged item at our expense or correct the order by sending you any missing item.

 

For replacements, order corrections or exchanges, we ask that you advise us of the order number, or submit a receipt of your purchase, whether digital image or paper print-out to customerservice@dashforhim.com

 

Note: Items that have been discontinued since your order will need to be exchanged for a current product. Please note that the product must be in resellable condition*. Additional shipping costs may apply.

 

*Resellable Condition: Garments must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Brims of ballcaps must be unaltered and unbent (hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope) Hair, Beard, Leather and Candle products must be unused.
